Ages 6+
Girls Gymnastics
Gymnastics for girls ages six and older, children are grouped by age. Throughout these levels, children learn the increasingly challenging positions and skills of gymnastics. We incorporate strength and flexibility training that will enhance their physical abilities. We continue to encourage excellent social skills such as responsibility for your actions, sportsmanlike conduct, and respect for others.

Open Registration for new and returning students begins March 7th online at 12pm
Summer Session 2023
Pre Registration for current spring 2023 students begins online June 12th at 12pm
Open Registration for new and returning students begins June 13th online at 12pm
Girls Intermediate
Children continue to learn the increasingly challenging positions and skills of gymnastics. This class is for children who have passed the required skills in our Girls Gymnastics classes.

Advanced
Children continue to learn the increasingly challenging positions and skills of gymnastics with extra time for strength and flexibility, which is essential for skill progression. Advanced classes are for children who have passed the required skills in the Girls Gymnastics and Intermediate levels.
